Book Review: Attachments by Rainbow Rowell
It is insightful to read a story about love that is felt through only an online interaction. Especially in this modern digital age where it is becoming far more common. It is another avenue to explore and meet new people that I think is sometimes seen as weird or unusual. The world is evolving and as technology develops so does the way we interact with each other. Just like the characters in Attachments, who grew and changed into better versions of themselves. I personally felt I could relate to Lincoln, Beth and Jennifer in different way and I'm sure everyone can identify with a quality in one of them, especially if you're in your twenties. I wanted to see where they went, in the same way my own pages turn in my life. And reminds us that it is okay to love whoever we want no matter how they enter our lives. Definitely worth reading if you enjoy contemporary novels.
